Hey guys!

Rawr. So, I decided do my own bloggidy blog thingy so that it keeps me preoccupied when I don't feel like doing anything else. That way at least I'll be managing to do something productive...kinda sorta. I guess you could call this being productive? I have a diary, which I do not write in consistently as of most things in my life-> one of my bad traits. Oh manny man. I'm sad that I don't really say "bee-ahd" anymore, because I got so used to the fact that people would laugh when it unintentionally left my mouth so everytime I bended over backwards trying to make that word sound normal. But now I miss the way I used to say it 'cause now I say it how most everyone else in California says it and that's just not ka-blamo man. No! So, yea. I really doubt anyone is going to read this except for maybe Lindsay. :D But that's only because we are going to Awesome Town together. I'll make a stupendous amount of effort(well maybe not that great) to keep this blog updated and creaap. And it will be AWESOME..I mean, KABLAMO, cause around me, you have to say that once in your life. Or you're just totally disowned as one of the people signed up to go to Awesome Town with Lindsay and me. So yea, you guys are poos!

Mmmm. Cage the Elephant :3

cage the elephant Pictures, Images and Photos Okay, so I have a current obsession. I know, I know what you're thinking and it's not one of those 12-year-old girl annoying obsessions. Well, you might consider it that, but who knows, it's all up to you. So, I was riding in the car with my dad and as usual we are listening to the radio. It's always either tuned to Live 105 or 107.7 the Bone (our personal favorite). Occasionally Live 105 plays a song that seizes my attention, as well as my father's. "Ain't no Rest for the wicked" was the name. It was catchy, simple and utterly amazing to me. I was so hungry for something new I HAD to find out who this band was. Eventually my searching lead to Cage the Elephant, which then preceded to their youtube page where I analyzed their other songs. I remember then thinking, 'aw well they aren't THAT cool.' Time is passing on and soon enough I am dreading the arrival of school and yaddy yadda.. and for a last bit of summer flick, this past weekend my father and I went to the Outside Lands(I have some pictures I will post later) because he got two discount tickets. When I read the band lineup I was dazzled that Cage the Elephant was going to play for one of the early shows. They were the first we saw, and I have to tell you; the minute I layed eyes and heard them play, I fell in love. They were a breath of fresh air, as my father put it, and I always trust my father's word. Then the singer, Matt Shultz, was oh so beautiful to me. Although I am at the young age of 15 and we teens have been known to let our shallow lust get ahead of us and our actions(Shakespeare knows), but the words that came out of his mouth made him so ultimate to me. The role model of what I really want to find in someone. He's a simple, polite Kentucky boy who doesn't care of others perceptions. I love the silly antics he does and his little stories he's oh so eager to share, and the fact that he just seems like a smart person and writes amazing songs makes me light-hearted. I know that's completely silly. I am not in love with him, I am just hoping to meet someone like him whom I can eventually fall in love with. -> Which I shouldn't even be thinking about at this tender age! SILLYSILLY. A teen will be a teen, and just be thankful this isn't some blog about a Jonas Brothers obsession BAHAHAHA now those people have some issues. :) So, yea, that's my little rant for tonight. It's late and I should probably hit the sack. I shall dream of my favorite star, the one I always sit on and find a companion accompanying me on. Tonight it better be Matt Shultz!
